Incoming Material & IQA
Incoming material awaiting IQA buyoff, followed by grinding and mixing before release for production use.
Molding, Forming & Assembly
Manufacturing references include injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, ultrasonic welding, and assembly support.
ESD Treatment, OQA & Release
The documented flow includes dipping or drying for ESD treatment, packing awaiting OQA buyoff, and final goods release to inventory.
